• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus more, to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, plus more, to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, plus more, to taste
• 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded or grated, packed, divided
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded, packed, divided
• 3/4 teaspoon salt, plus more, to taste
• 1 cup water
• 2 cups ham, cooked and diced
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh green onions or chives, chopped
