I picked up a bag of these Naturally Imperfect Sweet Peppers from superstore last week and thought they would be great for my new stuffed pepper recipe.
Ingredients
- 2.5 lb bag Naturally Imperfect Sweet Peppers
- 1 package PC Sweet Ghost Pepper Naturally Smoked Bacon
- 1 cup Lundberg, Wild Rice Blend
- 1 cup Black Beans
- 1 cup Shredded Gouda cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves
