• egg substitute for 4 eggs
• 1 cup agave
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 cups pumpkin purée (I did my own - thinner than canned.)
• 2-1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• dash cloves
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon ginger
• chocolate chips, nuts, fruit (optional)
