Ingredients

• 2 ¼ cups flour
• 1 ½ cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 1 teaspoon bicarb
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cocoa
• 1 teaspoon white vinegar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 and ½ cups burrermilk
• 2 eggs
• 5 tablespoons blue colouring
• 2 cups icing sugar
• 125gr margarine
• ¼ cup melted white marshmallows
• 1 tub cream
