Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
• 2 cloves garlic, minced (approx. 6g)
• 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (283g)
• 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (397g)
• 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
• 1 cup sour cream (240 ml)
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50g)
• 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese (50g)
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little kick) (1g)
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste (approx. 2-3g of each)
