• 1 tablespoon honey (preferably raw and local)

• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger
• ½ teaspoon ground cloves
• ½ teaspoon nutmeg
• ½ teaspoon salt
