Spicy Bean Burgers

Ingredients

• 1 tin chick peas, drained
• 1 tin red kidney beans, drained
• 2 medium sized carrots, peeled and grated
• 4 oz cooked sweetcorn (or tinned sweetcorn)
• 4 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 medium onion chopped
• salt and pepper to season
• 1/2 tsp marmite or equivalent
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1/2 tsp Cumin Ground
• 1 tsp Coriander Ground
• 1/2 tsp or to taste Chilli Ground
