Ingredients

• 10 red potatoes
• 4 gloves garlic
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1/2 cup cream
• 1/4 cup milk
• 8 cups water
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 TB. sour cream
• 1 tsp. ground pepper
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. ground rosemary
• 4 strips bacon
• 1/2 tsp. onion salt or powder
