Slow Cooker Potato and Corn Chowder - Clabber Girl

Ingredients

• 3 C. diced red potatoes
• 16 oz. package Green Giant® Frozen Corn Niblets
• 14 3/4 oz. can Green Giant® Creamed Corn
• 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
• 1 Tbsp. Clabber Girl® Corn Starch
• 6 C. chicken stock
• 10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup (don’t add water)
• 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Thyme
• 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands® Garlic Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands® Onion Powder
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into bits
• 1/4 C. heavy cream or half and half
