• 4 red delicious apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1/3-inch-thick wedges
• 1/4 cup Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
• 1 1/4 cups canned low-salt chicken broth
• 5 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, divided
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
• Salt and pepper to taste
