- 1 cup of brown rice flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Honey
- 4 tablespoons cacao powder
- A few drops vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- Raspberry jam
- 4 tablespoons Coconut Cream
- 1 & 1/2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Honey
- Raw chocolate of your choice and raspberries to decorate
