Ingredients

• 1 (16 oz) pkg Ronzoni® Large Elbows
• Non-stick cooking spray
• 1/4 cup butter, divided
• 1 pretzel bun, torn into small pieces
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups lager beer
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp grainy mustard
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 8 oz brick style plain cream cheese, cut into cubes
• 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2 green onions, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
