Ingredients
- For the fudge:
- 397g Carnation Condensed Milk
- 150ml Semi-skimmed milk
- 450g Demerara sugar
- 115g Unsalted butter
- cubed
- For the mix-ins:
- 1/2 tsp Mixed spice
- 100g Mixed dried fruit and peel
- 1 Orange
- zested
- 1 tsp Vanilla paste
- You will also need: 20cm square tin lined with baking parchment
