- 60 g Softened Butter (unsalted)
- 40 g Caster Sugar
- 50 g Cake Flour
- A Pinch Of Salt
- 15 g Chopped Pecans
- 50 g Mixed Fruits
- 0.5 tsp Orange Peel
- 25 g Rum
- 5 g Cake Flour (for mixed fruits)
- 0.5 tsp Mixed Spice
- 20 g Rum (for brushing the cake)
