Instantpot Slow Cooker Carnitas

Ingredients

• 4 lb boneless pork butt, cut into 2 inch cubes
• 1.5 tsp salt
• ¾ tsp. pepper
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 tsp. dried oregano
• 1 onion, peeled, halved
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 2 cups water
• 1 Medium Orange, juiced and keep split halves
