• 8 Chicken Oyster Thighs
• 1 Cooking Onion (finely chopped)
• 2 Carrots (finely chopped)
• 2 Celery (finely chopped)
• 800g Chopped Tomatoes
• 1 Savoy Cabbage (core removed and shredded)
• 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
• Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp Salted Butter
• 1 Clove of Garlic
• 2 sprigs of Rosemary
• 20g Breadcrumbs
• 400g Pecorino Romano
• 1 Chicken Stock Cube
• Parsley to Garnish
• Salt & Pepper for seasoning
