• 450 g smoked bratwurst or Krakauer, sliced
• 240 ml milk or cream
• 950 ml veggie stock
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• salt and black pepper how you like
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 2 teaspoons dried thyme
• fresh parsley, chopped
