Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups (310 mL) all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) toasted slivered almonds
• 1/3 cup (80 mL) sugar
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) cold butter diced
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
• Filling
• 3/4 cup (180 mL) sugar
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter softened
• 1 egg yolk
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) 35 % cream
• 3/4 cup (180 mL) fresh lemon juice
• Finely grated peel of 1 lemon
• 1-2 tbsp (15-30 mL) sugar
