• 1/3 cup almonds or hazelnuts
• 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
• 1 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
