Ingredients

• 3 zucchinis
• 1/2 roll Purnell’s “Old Folks” Italian Sausage
• 1/2 white onion
• 6 slices cooked bacon
• 2 tbs sour cream
• 2 tbs butter
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp curry powder
• 1 roma tomato, seeded and chopped
• 1 tsp thyme (fresh preferred)
• Parmesan cheese
• black pepper
