• 2-3 Tbsp vegetable oil (for brushing grill rack)

• 1 Tbsp lime zest
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 California Avocados
• lime juice
• 2 lbs ground chuck
• 1/4 cup Sutter Home White Merlot
• 2 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp garlic granulated
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
