Steak Fajitas - Irish Hereford Prime

Ingredients

• 2 Irish Hereford Prime Striploin Steaks
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Onion salt (to taste)
• Lots of black pepper
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 tbsp peri peri seasoning
• 2 tsp smoked paprika
• 2 tsp cumin
• 6 medium wraps or 12 mini corn tortillas
• 1 red pepper, sliced
• 1 yellow pepper, sliced
• 1 red onion, sliced
• To serve (optional): sliced red chilli, lime wedges, avocado, grated cheese, sour cream
