Creamy Peach Dessert – WLDS

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup milk
• 3 TBSP butter
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup all purpose flour
• 1 package (3 oz) cook and serve vanilla pudding
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 to 5 medium ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
• 2 packages (8 oz each) softened cream cheese
• 3/4 cup plus 1 TBSP sugar, divided
• 1/3 cup half and half cream
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
