Ingredients: Garlic Chicken roll; 3 chicken fillets cut into cubes; 4 rolls; 2 tablespoons butter melted; 1 teaspoon ginger; 1 teaspoon garlic; 1 tablespoon calistos peri peri spices; 2-3 tablespoons calistos peri peri sauce; ½ teaspoon zesty lemon pepper; 2 tablespoons lemon juice/ vinegar; 2-3 tablespoons oil; Chopped coriander; Salt and pepper to taste; 1/2cup vegetable oil; ⅓ cup lemon juice; 6 cloves garlic peeled; 1 egg white*; 1 teaspoon salt; Garlic Sauce:-; Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, it should take 1 to 2 minutes. This recipe will make about 1 ½ cups of sauce, refrigerate leftover sauce.
