Kentucky Brown Sugar Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 6 tablespoons bourbon whiskey
• 1 1/2 cups packed dark brown sugar
• 1/2 cup plus 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup margarine or butter (2 sticks), softened
• 5 large eggs
• 2 tablespoons orange juice
• Strawberries and blueberries for garnish (optional)
