Ingredients

• 6 large egg whites
• 1 tsp. white vinegar
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
• 1/2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs, room temperature
• 2 c heavy whipping cream
• 1 c chocolate chips
• German Chocolate bar (for shaving topping=garnish)
