• 1 Egg yolk
• 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
• 4 tablespoon Cornstarch
• 2 tablespoon Flour
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 2 tablespoon Sugar
• 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Ketchup
