- 1 litre cold water
- 10 green cardamom (choti ilaichi)
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbs heaped Kashmiri Chai
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 glass of cold water (250ml)
- 1 liter cold milk or according to liking
- 4 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
- finely chopped pistachios and almonds for garnishing
