- 120 g / 4 oz Grilled Chicken Breast
- 75 g / 3 oz Baby Spinach
- 10-15 pcs Red Pepper, julienned
- 10-15 pcs Carrot, julienned
- 3-4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 57 g / 2 oz Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 28 g / 1 oz Hero Lemon Compound
- 113 g / 4 oz Lemon Juice
- 340 g / 12 oz Dijon Mustard
- 28 g / 1 oz Grape Seed Oil
- Preparation Mix well: with an emersion blender to emulsify.
