- 100 g chorizo (or other spicy sausage)
- 150 g asparagus, fresh
- 1 small zucchini
- 250 g ricotta cheese or mascarpone
- 1 egg yolk
- nutmeg, salt, pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g tomato passata (or canned tomatoes)
- 14 cannelloni tubes
- 80 g parmesan cheese
- 1 handful of fresh basil
