Stir Fry Sauce I have a basic stir fry sauce that I use in a lot of dishes. I'm sure it's not authentic or anything, but it tastes great!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider or rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chili-garlic sauce (with oil)
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
