Spicy Lentil Soup with Dill and Cumin

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup lentils any kind, rinsed and drained
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 large onion chopped
• 4 large garlic cloves chopped
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 2 celery ribs sliced
• 1 carrot diced
• 4-6 cups water
• 2 zucchini diced
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 teaspoons dried dill
• cayenne pepper to taste
