• 1-1/2 pound lean ground turkey
• 1/2 pound lean ground pork
• 3 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
• 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• dash of Tabasco
• 3 TBSP brown sugar
• 2 TBSP onion powder
• 1-1/2 TBSP granulated garlic
• 1 TBSP crushed red pepper flakes
• 3 TBSP crushed thyme
• fresh ground black pepper
• generous pinch kosher salt
• 2 TBSP allspice
• pinch nutmeg
• 1-1/2 tsp cloves
• 1 TBSP Old Bay Seasoning
• 1 cup panko bread crumbs
