• 2 tbsp butter, softened
• 1 slice rustic bread, sliced into ¾ inch thick slices
• 4 oz Extra Creamy Castello® Danish blue cheese
• ½ tsp ground italian seasoning
• 2 peaches, pitted and sliced
• 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh sage leaves, chopped
• 2 tbsp honey
• freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
