Ingredients
- 1 recipe Pastry for Single-Crust Pie (recipe to follow)
- 15 oz can pumpkin
- 3/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 4 eggs , lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c half and half
- Whipped Cream
- 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 1/4 c shortening
- 1/4 c butter, cut up, or shortnening
- 1/4 c of cold water (more if needed)
