Very Berry Baked French Toast - Ohio Eggs

Ingredients

• 12 slices day-old bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 2 packages (8 ounce) cream cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
• 1 ½ cups fresh berries (any combination of blueberries, blackberries and/or raspberries)
• 12 eggs
• 2 cups milk
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• ½ tsp cinnamon
