• 500g beef mince(ground beef)
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 medium carrot, grated
• 4 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp basil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp sweet paprika
• 2 tsp dry parsley
• Black pepper and salt
• 1 tbsp tomato pure
• 1 1/2 cup tomato passata (sauce)
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/2 vegetable stock cube
• Any Grated cheese( I used cheddar)
• 1/2 tbsp olive oil
