Ingredients

• 1 cup Florida Orange Juice
• 3¼ cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• ¼ cup orange zest
• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
• ½ cup white chocolate, melted and cooled slightly (not hot)
• 4 large eggs, room temperature
• 1 tablespoon coconut extract
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)
• 1½ cups powdered sugar, sifted
• 6-7 tablespoons Florida Orange Juice, divided and added slowly
• 4 ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
• 1 teaspoon coconut extract
• 1/4 cup (30g) shredded coconut, for garnish (optional)
• 1 teaspoon orange zest, for garnish (optional)
