Ingredients

• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, with extra for sprinkling
• 1 cup dry long-grain rice, uncooked
• 1/2 cup milk, any kind you prefer
• 2 cups chicken stock
• 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or pulled apart
• 1 can (10.5 oz) creamy mushroom soup
• 1 can (10.5 oz) creamy chicken soup
• A dash of pepper and salt, adjust to taste
• 1 tsp onion seasoning powder
• 1 tsp garlic seasoning powder
• 2 tbsp of melted butter, unsalted works well
• 1/2 cup of crispy panko crumbs
