Name: Mini Raspberry Cheesecakes
Ingredients: 1 cup all purpose flour; 1/3 cup almond flour; 2 Tablespoons brown sugar; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 6 Tablespoons cold butter; 8 ounces package of cream cheese, room temperature; 1/4 cup sugar; 2 Tablespooons heavy cream; 1 egg; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 2 Tablespoons good quality jam, warmed a bit and stirred until smooth (we used raspberry)
