Ingredients

• 2 pints strawberries, washed and peeled if needed (yes, I peel my strawberries on Pesach! and yes, it’s a pain!) OR 1 (12-ounce) bag frozen strawberries (see note)
• 6 large eggs, separated
• 1/4 teaspoon Haddar Table Salt
• juice of 1/2 a lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
• 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar, divided
• 2 ripe bananas (not overripe, but just ripe)
• 1/3 cup oil
