Ingredients

• 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) all purpose flour
• 3/4 cup (180 mL) Milk
• 1 cup (250 mL) shredded Canadian Cheddar* cheese
• Steak Sandwiches
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
• 1 large onion thinly sliced
• 1 large green bell pepper thinly sliced
• 1 lb (450 g) minute steaks cut in thin strips
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 large crusty rolls split in half
