- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 c flaked coconut
- Spread evenly.

- German sweet chocolate cake mixed according to directions on box.
- Pour over bottom layer
- Set aside and prepare topping.
- Melt over low heat:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- Add:
- 1 t vanilla
- Gradually add 1 box of confectioner sugar untill mixed well.
