- Slice 8 small potatoes into thin slices not rite thru. (Use 2 skewers on either side if potatoesn slice)
- Boil in salted water
- Bake 10 minutes
- Put small slice of cheese in each slice of potato
- Boil 1 packet creamy cheese sauce in 1 cup milk
- Pour over
- Dollop sour cream
- Garnish with chopped greens and bake 20 minutes
