Bacon Corn Salad – Outside Table

Ingredients

• 4 cups of corn
• 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
• 1 jalapeno, diced (seeds removed if you don't want it too spicy)
• 1/2 cup sweet peppers, diced
• 2 avocados, diced
• 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Weekend BBQ
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 3 limes, juiced
• 1 tsp rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp honey
