• 8 slices Hempler’s bacon
• 4 ears corn
• 1 red pepper, diced small
• 3 green onions, thinly sliced
• ¼ cup fresh herbs, finely chopped (basil, cilantro, mint)
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon honey
• ½ teaspoon sea salt
