Ingredients

• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 red apples, skin on, thinly sliced
• 2 green apples, skin on, thinly sliced
• 1 large fennel bulb, trimmed, reserve stems
• 400g red cabbage, roughly chopped
• 400g savoy cabbage, roughly chopped
• 1 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp dill seeds
