• 3 cups Maida (All purpose flour)
• 2 tsp Yeast
• 2 tsp Baking powder
• 3 tbsp Oil
• 1 tbsp Butter
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Sugar
• Milk, warm (for binding)
• 1/2 kg Fillet (chinese cut)
• 1 tsp Blackpepper powder
• 1 tsp Chilli flakes
• 1/2 Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Garlic (pounded)
• 1 tsp Ginger (pounded)
• 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
• 1 tbsp Sugar (optional)
• 1 tsp Cornflour (mixed in 4 tbsp water)
• 1/2 Cucumber (jullienes)
• 1/2 Carrot (grated)
• 1 Onion (slices)
• 1 Capsicum (jullienes)
• 1 Green chilli (chopped)
• 4 tbsp Vinegar
• Salt (pinch)
