• 8 ounces pizza sauce
• 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded *save some for garnish
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 bunch fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
• 2 tablespoons mascarpone or cream cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
• 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
• 6 ounces goat cheese
• 2-3 Meyer lemons, very thinly sliced with seeds removed
