• 2 C Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
• ¾ C Whipping Cream
• ½ Tsp. Dried Thyme
• 1 Tsp. Pepper Flakes
• 1 Tsp. + Sea Salt
• Cracked Pepper
• 1/2 Tsp. Granulated Sugar
